The paper can also be used to wrap up your dinner.
Sarson's 'Fryday' ad in the Metro / Brittany Houston
Fish and chip shops have been at the heart of the UK for generations. In fact, 80% of the country has enjoyed some fried fare in the last year. Sadly, due to the cost of living crisis affecting businesses and consumers, many chippies are at risk of closing.
To draw attention to their plight, vinegar brand Sarson’s has created a print campaign to remind newspaper readers of shops up and down the country.

The condiment brand believes that visiting a fish bar twice a year would have a significant impact. To coincide with the ad, Sarson’s will reimburse 50 meals every week this year. Using the hashtag #SarsonsFryday, customers need to provide their receipt and a picture of their meal to be in the chance of a free meal.
The ad campaign was created by Wonderhood Studios and W Communications.
