Want to boost your World Creative Ranking? Enter your work into The Drum Awards Festival
Winning agencies, creatives and brands will boost their global creative ranking with every award they win.
The Drum Awards Festival
The Drum is gearing up for our annual Awards Festival. In December, we will host 14 award ceremonies that recognize creative brilliance across categories such as advertising, PR, content and digital.
The week-long event brings the best in class from across the industry to The Drum Labs, our very own bar, event and film studio in central London. The ceremonies will also be broadcast live to a global audience.
This year’s stellar panel of judges includes Todd Kaplan, chief marketing officer at Pepsico; Iain McDonald, head of digital and creative product at CNN International Commercial; and Roberto Mastrocola, head of global social strategy at Coca-Cola. Top marketers and creatives from FedEx, Warner Bros Discovery, Wunderman Thomson and DDB Latina will join them.
“The last few years have been some of the most challenging for brands, but they’ve also been some of the most exciting for marketers and consumers alike. Circumstances and technology have made us think differently, often for the better, challenging what is and isn’t possible and encouraging us all to innovate,” said Jonathan Emmins, global CEO at Amplify and co-chair of the judges for The Drum Awards for Experience.
“Excitingly, we’re seeing more and more work that disrupts traditional category guidelines, which is sure to make the jury deliberation an interesting process. I’m really looking forward to seeing original ideas that lean into this, combining culture, innovation and creativity with exceptional execution that creates a win-win for brands and their audiences.”

But it’s not just a chance to take home a coveted gong from The Drum. The annual World Creative Rankings benchmark the agencies, advertisers, campaigns and people most awarded in the ad industry’s major global awards shows in the previous calendar year.
The rankings are compiled by exhaustively analyzing the performance of thousands of pieces of creative work that were entered across 19 major industry awards programs, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios and The Drum Awards.
That means that winning work across any of the categories at The Drum Awards Festival will contribute to your, and your agency’s, ranking.
“The World Creative Rankings are the definitive guide to the best agencies, brands and individual talent in the advertising industry. Inclusion on the list can make careers,” says The Drum’s co-founder and editor-in-chief, Gordon Young. “So, it really is a no-brainer to enter your best work into The Drum Awards to improve your chance of making it on to the 2023 rankings.”
